Stuff I actually use

People ask what I draw with, so this is what's actually on the desk. Some links are affiliate links: they cost you nothing and toss a few cents toward more paint pens.

• Posca Paint Pens (full set) The workhorse. 90% of everything on this site is Posca on something. →
• Fine-line brush pens For the thick-and-thin ink lines that hold every drawing together. →
• Heavyweight mixed-media paper Thick enough to take paint pens, spray, and splatter without complaining. →
• White gel and ink pens Galaxy stars, highlights, and whole drawings on black paper. →
